Terms of use
These terms govern your use of Criboku at criboku.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Playing is free
You may play Criboku puzzles for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, as many as you like, at no cost. You may share a link to a puzzle with anyone, and you may post about your results.
That permission is what this site is for, and nothing below is meant to narrow it. The restrictions that follow are about copying the puzzles and the software wholesale, not about playing them.
What you may not do
Without written permission, please do not:
- copy, republish, redistribute or syndicate the puzzles, whether individually or in collections, in print or online;
- scrape, crawl for bulk collection, harvest or automatically download puzzles, or access the site through automated means other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
- use the puzzles or the site commercially, including in a paid product, a paid newsletter, or an app;
- reverse engineer the site, or attempt to derive the puzzle generator, the solver or the difficulty model behind it;
- interfere with the site's operation, or place unreasonable load on it;
- remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notice.
Ownership

“Criboku” is a trademark of Scott Harker. These terms grant no right to use the name or branding.
Cribbage is a traditional game in the public domain, and its rules of scoring belong to everyone. Nothing here claims otherwise. What is owned is this particular puzzle, the software that makes it, and the name.

Criboku is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The site may be unavailable, may change, or may stop entirely at any time, and puzzles may occasionally contain errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Scott Harker is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
